Go to your Business Profile Manager.
Go to your Business profile where do you want to give access
Now you will redirect to another page, there you can find 3 dots beside the Profile Strength.
Click on 3 dots and go to Business Profile Settings.
Click People and Access, and add the users using mail id.
Receiver needs to accept the invitation and once it's done. Users can access Google My Business.
